We are thrilled to announce our recent participation in Ablefest 2024, a festival celebrated for its commitment to social inclusion and diversity. This year, Nua Healthcare Services proudly took on the sponsor role, providing 600 wheelchair-accessible mats to ensure the event was accessible to all attendees, particularly those with specific mobility needs. Our involvement in Ablefest underscores our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive community.
A key highlight of our participation was the opportunity to showcase our latest service - CLaD Hubs. Each CLaD Hub has been specifically designed to offer continuous learning and development opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health conditions, aligning perfectly with the festival's ethos of empowerment and inclusivity.
Festival attendees were invited to visit our exhibition tent, where they could explore the various community initiatives Nua Healthcare Services offers. Our team provided insights into the workings of our CLaD Hubs, Supported Living Services, and the online Caregiver Empowerment Programme. These services are specifically tailored to empower individuals and caregivers, providing them with the necessary tools and support to thrive.
We want to extend our sincere thanks to the CLaD Hub Team, our Brand Ambassadors, and the Psychology Team. Their hard work and dedication were crucial to the success of our participation in Ablefest. The team’s efforts in setting up the exhibition and engaging with festival-goers played a vital role in showcasing the positive impact Nua's services have on the community.
Reflecting on our experience at Ablefest 2024, we are excited about future opportunities to support and promote diversity and inclusion. Our success at this event reaffirms Nua Healthcare’s commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of the individuals and communities we serve.
