Intellectual Disability Services
Our intellectual disability services encompass a range of support levels, from high support to supported independent living, facilitated through various accommodations including ensuite bedrooms, communal living, and apartment living.
All of Nua’s designated centres have been purposefully designed and built with generously sized private bedrooms, ensuite/wet rooms/disabled access bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchens, and social spaces such as dining rooms, living rooms, sitting rooms, and sunrooms.
Each residential service is registered with HIQA and operates in accordance with the National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities, associated regulations, the centre-specific statement of purpose, and Nua’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
