On the evening of Wednesday, 24th June 2026, we hosted our 2025 Employee, Manager and Team of the Year Awards at the County Arms Hotel in Birr, Co. Offaly. The event welcomed 140 guests, including our 2025 Employees and Managers of the Month, along with representatives from our shortlisted Teams of the Year.

A wonderful evening was enjoyed as we celebrated the achievements of team members recognised throughout 2025, culminating in the announcement of our overall Employees, Managers and Team of the Year. The evening began with a drinks reception in the hotel Orangery before guests were invited to take their seats. Attendees enjoyed canapés as the ceremony got underway, starting with the presentation of our Employees of the Month, followed by our Managers of the Month. Each recipient was presented with a glass trophy, framed certificate and artisan hamper.

The highlight of the evening was the announcement of our overall award winners. In ID Services, Kingrosse Tembo, Greenacres, was named Employee of the Year, with Phillip Braban, Iron Hills, named Manager of the Year. In Mental Health Services, Tony Davy Konikkara, The Manor, was awarded Employee of the Year, with Joan O’Byrne, Teach Follaine, named Manager of the Year. In Supported Living Services, Titilayo Shoboyejo, Supported Living Dublin, was named Employee of the Year, with Ciara McConville, Supported Living Services - Dublin Office, named Manager of the Year. In the ‘Support/Office’ category, Isabelle Gidlow, from the Clinical Department, was awarded Employee of the Year, with Hannah Daly, Advocacy & Safeguarding, named Manager of the Year.

Each of our annual winners received an additional glass trophy and a €1,000 award. This year also saw the introduction of a Team of the Year award. Beacon Hill, Broadleaf Manor, Jasmine Lodge, Nua Healthcare Services - Gormanston, Oak Lawns and Rivendell were shortlisted, with Beacon Hill announced as the overall winner. The team were presented with a perpetual cup and €1,000 towards a celebratory event.

We would like to recognise the more than 750 team members nominated throughout 2025. Each nomination reflects the dedication and positive impact demonstrated across our services every day. The awards ceremony was a great success and received fantastic feedback, with the pride on the faces of our team members highlighting the importance of recognising and celebrating one another.

Finally, thank you to everyone involved in organising the event.
