Nua Healthcare's former CEO and Director of Operations appear as guest speakers at the School of Nursing today in University College Dublin.
Nua Healthcare’s former CEO Chris Hindle and Director of Operations J.J. Carey were delighted to talk to Year 3 Mental Health Nurses at the University College Dublin today about Nua Healthcare’s services and the ways in which nurses can develop careers within Nua.
Former CEO, Chris Hindle, introduced Nua Healthcare to the nursing students and what facilities and services Nua provides to people, explaining the mission and vision of Nua Healthcare and outlining the model of true person centred care which is the ethos of Nua Healthcare.
Director of Operations, JJ Carey, then spoke about Nua Healthcare's expansion into mental health services and its new facility, Cois Dalua in Cork, which opened last year. He explained the centres quality audit ratings, operational and clinical governance and Nua's clinical team.
Students were quite engaged with the talk and asked many questions,
some of which were concerning the pathways for nurses within Nua Healthcare which Chris outlined further in the presentation.
