Nua Healthcare

Facilities

As our most recent addition to services, Nua currently operates an Approved Centre and Mental Health Community Residence.  Both facilities are located in beautiful spacious environments and facilitate individuals with an array of diagnosis.

Our Approved Centre, Cois Dalua, consists of a mixture of self-contained apartments and en-suite bedrooms, own private gardens, well-appointed common areas and boasts a stunning sensory garden with designated seating areas. The Centre’s living area is distributed over two clinical areas that are connected through a hallway. Situated to the left side of the building are self-contained apartments, all of which have been designed based on an open plan consisting of a spacious living area, a kitchenette, a generously sized bedroom, a large en-suite and access to the private grounds. To the right of the building are the remaining en-suite bedrooms. The living space within this part of Cois Dalua, consists of a large and fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and two living rooms with spacious hallways providing ample breakout areas for receiving visits from family and friends. The Approved Centre is also fully equipped with an office and facilities necessary to store records, files and medication pertaining to each resident.

Below is a short tour of Cois Dalua.

Our Mental Health Community Residence, Teach Folláine, is just under 7,000 square feet in size and nested upon a large landscaped garden on the outskirts of a small Kildare town.
