Aran Lodge is a two-storey detached property that on the ground floor consists of a large kitchen, a living room, a sitting room, a utility room and 4 ensuite bedrooms.

Its first floor comprises of a further 2 ensuite bedrooms, a landing, a bathroom, hot press and an office. There is also a converted garage on site which contains the last ensuite bedroom, an accessible bathroom, a staff/visitor WC, a hallway and a large kitchen/living/dining room.

Aran Lodge is situated on large private grounds in a quiet area. Its prime location allows residents to easily engage with many of the surrounding community's amenities. Residents are also within close proximity of the library, community centres, a local swimming pool, beaches, a day centre, restaurants, historical points of interest, art galleries, museums, theatres, GAA clubs and many social groups.
