Team Administrator Part-Time (Portlaoise)

The Company

Nua Healthcare specialises in providing Residential care, Community outreach and Day services to adults and children with complex support requirements on both the Intellectual Disability and Mental Health spectrums.  We pride ourselves in providing true person-centred care for individuals in their own home or in appropriate community based care facilities.

Candidates must demonstrate the necessary interest, capability, performance and enthusiasm in line with requirements of the role.

Selection Process:

  • Competency based interview against criteria for the respective role
  • Competency Framework Evaluation conducted against respective role

Criteria required for the post:

  • Previous Administration Experience
  • Developing rosters and knowledge of payroll is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment and to manage self is essential
  • Ability to deal with management and staff at all levels including service users and their families
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable, flexible and openness to change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
