Simon, a resident of Alberg House, had been working in SuperValu recently as part of his outreach placement when a mystery shopper made a visit to the branch. Not only was Simon and indeed the shop unaware they had a mystery shopper in store, but that Simon would end up being the staff member attending to their every need on the day.
When the mystery shopper came to SuperValu Naas, Simon carried out his duty with great diligence and professionalism. He made sure the customer was happy with their service, answered all of their queries and ensured that they had everything they needed before leaving the shop.
When the mystery shopper concluded at the store, Simon achieved a massive score of 96 out of 100. This was the best score achieved of all their staff. Congratulations and well done to Simon.
