Rathbeag

Rathbeag is a community-based mental health/challenging behaviour facility catering for individuals with issues such as borderline personality disorders.

The house is situated on 3.5 acres in the Laois countryside and has 4 ensuite bedrooms.

Separate from the main house, there is an additional self-contained isolation apartment for individuals who are in a heightened state of challenging behaviour.

The apartment has its own bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette and sensory calm down area. It also has its own secure garden. This enables individuals in crisis to be alone for a short period of time until they are ready to reintegrate back into a normal care setting.
