Winterdown Farm
Winterdown Farm is set on 85 acres of land, ouside Eadstown, in Naas, Co Kildare.
Winterdown’s day service consists of vegetable and plant cultivation coupled with the care of farm animals including donkeys, sheep and chickens.
The day service is a service user owned venture. This means that the individuals have ownership over what they grow and cultivate and sell their produce at local farmers’ markets.
The farm also facilitates a Community “Vegbox Scheme” where service users deliver boxes of vegetable around the community. We have a team of two horticulturists who work with and train individuals in gardening and vegetable cultivation.
